May you always feel alive, the wind in your face, the ear to ear smile and the hearty laugh. May you live life to the fullest. To feel every heartfelt joy and pain. To walk slowly, smell the breeze,to leap if you need to, to learn to let go and to always be kind and loving especially to those who are undeserving.

What a year, so many changes. Dad left, one too many promotions, more heartbreaks, so many loving friends and colleagues, so many more ice cream slots with strangers, so many tears, so much laughter, more lines around my eyes, more space for growing, to be gentle and to be graceful, to be inspiring through all the pain, to always keep running even though we are the last in the race.

Loud Whispers

If you don’t know your worth. Don’t bother trying for anything in the world. You’re wasting your time, wasting other people’s time.  If you haven’t notice, diamonds appear on every dimension of your pathway. Good great things will come Vanessa. Maybe you be patient with what life has to teach you, to offer you and to help you grow to be a better person.

What we are at the end of the day, is defined by our actions- how we treat ourselves, how we treat others and what principals we stand by in life. Have steady, strong steel values to stick to. Be a good person, be honorable. Know when to stay and when to walk away. All else, all the glitters of what words offer, will fade.

Then, you will see what people are really made of. Empty bags of words.

May you gain new eyes, new perspectives.
